<CENTER>收腿并朝前推出车把。要注重前轮一定要落在台阶上,不然会受伤。</CENTER>

<CENTER>这个动作的高度比平地侧跳要矮,适合不能放下整辆车的场合使用。首先后轮定定好车。</CENTER>
